I liked the theater a lot. I was there for a concert. I don't know if it was the theater or the musicians that ran the sound. It was the 'worst' part of my evening - certain portions didn't sound good. I had a slice of pizza. Overpriced, but all venues are. It was pretty good. I'm handicapped and was using my four-wheel walker (rollater). They came and got me out of line to get me to the head of the line. I was escorted to the 'disabled' seating. Gentlemen who guided me explained all the accessibility things and I felt very welcome and had no issues with getting around the theater. I arrived via Lyft so I don't know how parking or public transportation is. They have a large drop off area out front so it was great for me.
